Jan 4, 2018-Naya Shakti Party Nepal (NSPN) has concluded that the party faced a debacle in the recently concluded parliamentary and provincial elections held on November 26 and December 7 due to failure to take the agendas effectively to the people.
The party said that political polarisation and forging electoral alliance with the left alliance and failure to crack the rumours raised from the same were the reasons behind party’s defeat in the elections, read a statement issued by party Coordinator Baburam Bhattarai read.NSPN mustered three seats in provincial assembly and one seat in House of Representative.Meanwhile, the party has decided to raise the issue of directly elected executive presidential system strongly.
